- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Tracking Your Order

- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. 

- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Ivory Hair Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

- Ivory Hair Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

- If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
